Mother’s Day Cream Puff Workshop with Chef Amelie

Celebrate Mother’s Day with an evening of sweetness, laughter, and buttery pastry. In this special hands-on class, you’ll learn the magic of pâte à choux as we create delicate cream puffs filled with irresistible chocolate espresso cream.

Together we’ll pipe, bake, fill, and finish our pastries — with plenty of tasting, guidance, and relaxed conversation along the way — so you leave feeling confident recreating these elegant treats at home. Bring your mom, a daughter, a dear friend, or simply treat yourself to a cozy evening of connection and dessert.

Guests will enjoy their pastries together and take home a small box of cream puffs to continue the celebration.
